The Challenge:  A local Greater Toronto Area fixture company contacted CS-1 Transportation to deliver one skid of product into a major retailer across Canada. The freight required inside delivery, set-up, removal of old product, and garbage disposal. In addition, the work had to be completed outside of regular mall hours. The client required the work to be done within a two week time frame at the most economical price.

The Solution: CS-1 Transportation was able to save the client money by running consolidated truck loads to the major cities in Canada and de-consolidating at a safe cross dock location to maximize the space on the trailer. Each local delivery was delivered after hours when the mall was closed. Each fixture was brought in, set up, and the old product was removed. The project was completed within the two week time frame.
