Steve Cooper
General Manager
Steve Cooper started CS-1 Transportation in 2008 after recognizing that customer service was an undervalued asset in the freight brokerage industry.
As a local of the area, Steve has built his career on a strong foundation of experience. His deep understanding of the community and industry has allowed him to develop valuable insights and connections that benefit everyone he works with. He worked for several reputable companies in the transportation industry, including TNT and FedEx.
After attending Mohawk College, Steve secured a position in the freight industry working in sales, where he honed his skills and industry knowledge.
As General Manager, when Steve is not in the office, he enjoys coaching, spending time up north, and staying active. He is also a dedicated father of two and a proud grandfather.
Steve's strong relationship-building skills, combined with his ability to adapt to the ever-changing industry landscape, have been instrumental in leading CS-1 Transportation Inc. to become a successful 3PL company. His dedication and expertise continue to drive our growth and success in the competitive market.
Jeff Cooper
Business Development Manager
Jeff joined CS-1 Transportation back in 2013 learning all aspects of the company.
He holds an honours degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management and a minor in Economics.
Outside of work, Jeff is an outdoors enthusiast playing golf or hockey. He has a passion for travel, exploring the great outdoors or relaxing at the family cottage. A foodie, he loves exploring new cuisines and experiencing new cultures. Jeff encourages staff to obtain a work-life-balance as he strong believes in family.
Jeff truly enjoys collaborating with the teams here at CS-1 Transportation Inc. Specializing in expanding our business opportunities as a Business Development Manager. Jeff is key member of our leadership team providing valuable knowledge of the transportation industry.
Dan Amormino
Business Development Manager
Dan joined CS-1 Transportation in 2016 and has since gained experience in all aspects of the business.
A graduate of Niagara College from the Business Sales and Marketing Program led him to attend Brock University. Thus successfully receiving a Degree in Business Communications.
Dan has always been a passionate and dedicated member of the CS-1 team. Working closely with his colleagues, he enjoys taking on new challenges. Dan is an integral part of our senior leadership team as a Business Development Manager.
He loves spending time going on new adventures, whether that is exploring outdoors or in new cities. In his spare time, Dan enjoys playing golf, hockey and snowboarding. Dan’s most proud accomplishment in his personal life is his family.
Nadine Mazerolle
VP of Operations
In 2024 Nadine returned to CS-1 Transportation in September 2024 and joined our senior leadership team as VP of Operations. She comes to our company with over 20 years in the transportation industry.
Nadine has embraced the designation of "RHB" (Real Human Being) in an industry where so much can easily be automated. She strongly believes in the power of commitment and communication internally and externally.
Nadine is a proud supporter of her community, passionate about people, collaboration, and building strong relationships. Along with most dedicated employees she is energized by coffee, physical activity, and enjoys almost any team sport. Enjoying quality time with her family (human and fur-baby), traveling and being present.

Her ability to create a comfortable and welcoming environment not only benefits our clients but also helps foster and develop the talents of our employees. It’s truly a valuable quality that contributes positively to our team and customer experience.
Scott "Scotty" Morrison
Logistics Manager (US Team)
Scott Morrison joined CS-1 Transportation Inc. in 2010 a couple of years after we opened. Local to the area of Hamilton, he grew up playing hockey. This passion and talent for hockey brought him into the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for a number of years. He eventually took his career overseas to England, where he spent the better part of 12 years playing professional hockey in Europe.
After retiring from pro hockey in 1999, Scotty moved back to Canada and transitioned into the transportation industry. He gained valuable experience working for many Fortune 500 companies. Scott earned his TIA load broker certification, and eventually joined the CS-1 Transportation team.
Scotty is well known for his hard work and vast industry knowledge. He is also a proud family man and a loyal employee of CS-1 Transportation Inc. Scotty is a seasoned Logistics Manager for CS-1 Transportation Inc. with valuable skills and knowledge that our customers appreciate.
Pablo Lopez
Logistics Manager
As a graduate from the University of Guelph he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Management. Pablo Lopez joined the CS-1 Transportation team back in 2015 after gaining three years of experience in the freight brokerage industry.
Pablo brought his expertise of the industry to CS-1 Transportation Inc. He is now a Logistics Manager leading a dynamic team of logistics coordinators.
Known throughout the office for his calm demeanor and strong ability to understand different personalities, Pablo plays a key role in maintaining a positive and efficient work environment. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys spending his free time with his family traveling, and staying active.
Jordan Langley
Logistics Manager
Jordan Langley is an accomplished and highly respected professional within the transportation industry, having accumulated over ten years of hands-on experience. Throughout his career, Jordan has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of industry operations, which have earned him a reputation as a dependable and innovative leader among his peers and colleagues.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jordan is a devoted father who places great importance on nurturing strong family bonds and creating memorable experiences with his loved ones. He actively pursues a healthy lifestyle, frequently participating in recreational activities such as basketball and golf, which not only help him stay physically fit but also provide opportunities for relaxation and personal growth.
Jordan’s unwavering dedication to both his professional responsibilities and his family underscores his strong commitment to maintaining a harmonious work-life balance, ensuring that he excels in all aspects of his life. His attention to detail and patience, especially in the most difficult situations, are truly demonstrating his exceptional skills in mentoring the careers of our new hires.
Esther Abraham
Customer Service Manager
Esther joined our CS-1 family back in 2017. Esther has a passion for music, singing, reading, and traveling. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business as well as an Master of Business Administration in Global Supply Chain. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in supply chain management, project logistics, and freight forwarding.
As a Customer Service Manager at CS-1 Transportation Inc. it has made her quite knowledgeable and an excellent trainer for our new hires. She has a deep understanding of our processes and is able to effectively communicate best practices, which helps new team members get up to speed quickly and confidently.
Esther enjoys traveling during the holidays with her husband, Ola, and their children. She is a proud mother of three boys and cherishes spending quality time with her family.
Esther's positive attitude and cheerfulness are truly contagious, as her team will readily attest. She consistently brings great energy to the workplace, which has a wonderful impact on everyone around her.
Kaitlyn Carroll
Customer Service Manager
Kaitlyn has been a part of CS-1 Transportation in 2021. Bringing with her an extensive background of more than a decade in customer service. Her enthusiasm for learning and personal growth is evident in her proactive approach. She is acquiring new skills and expanding her expertise within the industry. Kaitlyn consistently aims to create a positive atmosphere, uplifting both her customers and colleagues. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude goes a long way in our customer service dept. Outside of her professional life, Kaitlyn cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family. She is passionate about creative pursuits such as reading, writing, painting, and drawing. Kaitlyn says she finds relaxation in listening to music. Kaitlyn, along with her partner, enjoys spending time experimenting with different types of food in the kitchen. They love trying out new recipes and exploring different cuisines together. Their home is also shared with their two beloved cats, who add to the warmth and joy of their household. Kaitlyn and her team are truly dedicated to social responsibility. Their commitment to making a positive impact is evident in everything they do.
