Customer Service Manager

Kaitlyn has been a part of CS-1 Transportation in 2021.  Bringing with her an extensive background of more than a decade in customer service. Her enthusiasm for learning and personal growth is evident in her proactive approach. She is acquiring new skills and expanding her expertise within the industry.

Kaitlyn consistently aims to create a positive atmosphere, uplifting both her customers and colleagues. Her friendly demeanor and helpful attitude goes a long way in our customer service dept.

Outside of her professional life, Kaitlyn cherishes spending quality time with her friends and family. She is passionate about creative pursuits such as reading, writing, painting, and drawing. Kaitlyn says she finds relaxation in listening to music. Kaitlyn, along with her partner, enjoys spending time experimenting with different types of food in the kitchen. They love trying out new recipes and exploring different cuisines together. Their home is also shared with their two beloved cats, who add to the warmth and joy of their household.
