Steve Cooper started CS-1 Transportation in 2008 after recognizing that customer service was an undervalued asset in the freight brokerage industry.

As a local of the area, Steve has built his career on a strong foundation of experience. His deep understanding of the community and industry has allowed him to develop valuable insights and connections that benefit everyone he works with. He worked for several reputable companies in the transportation industry, including TNT and FedEx.

After attending Mohawk College, Steve secured a position in the freight industry working in sales, where he honed his skills and industry knowledge.

As General Manager, when Steve is not in the office, he enjoys coaching, spending time up north, and staying active. He is also a dedicated father of two and a proud grandfather.

Steve’s strong relationship-building skills, combined with his ability to adapt to the ever-changing industry landscape, have been instrumental in leading CS-1 Transportation Inc. to become a successful 3PL company. His dedication and expertise continue to drive our growth and success in the competitive market.
